It’s time to wrap up the week with another roundup of all the shows we’ve been covering here at Ecchi Hunter. So, if you think you may have missed something, you will find it below and if you don’t, then you can always check out some of the other weeks. This is week twenty-one after all!
OreSuki: Are You The Only One Who Loves Me? (Episode 3) – Friendship Trials
Joro’s back is to the wall in a dramatic confrontation with three of his closest friends. Will he manage to get out of there with his school reputation intact?
High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World! (Episode 3) – It Seems Roo Can Decide Her Own Worth!
This is the hot springs episode, well, a small part of it is, but now that Tsukasa has built a public facility, you better believe it’s going to feature in some more episodes going forward, complete with leaf bikinis… There was some doubt as to the ecchi worthiness of this series, but not anymore.
Sekirei: Pure Engagement (Episode 7) – Storytime
Sekirei: Pure Engagement takes a step back in order to once again try and explain the storyline of what it going on, this time from the beginning. It feels like we’ve seen this sort of episode before…

Azur Lane: The Animation (Episode 3) – An Uneventful Course
Episode 3 and already a beach/swimsuit episode! Azur Lane continues to impress with its beautiful animation, but once again fails to deliver anything of interest in regards to the story. It’s looking more and more like this anime will be only worth watching for the cute girls!
Waifu of the Week (#20) – Natsuki Saotome
Yomu selects Natsuki Saotome from the currently airing Val x Love as Waifu of the Week #20! A cute blonde who has already had some great ecchi moments in the first two episodes of the show. She’s already turned out to be great waifu material!
Val x Love (Episode 3) – The Secret Maiden
Takuma goes on a date with the well-endowed Mutsumi. While they encounter a demon, as expected, this one appears to be more focused on stirring up trouble – trouble that ends up putting Mutsumi and Takuma very close together!
Love Hina (Episode 21) – Romantic Rivalry
Keitaro goes on a date with Naru, and manages to make it through the day. But when Otohime then proceeds to ask Keitaro on a date, all the other girls lose their minds – especially Naru. Needless to say, their date doesn’t go perfectly smoothly.
The Testament of Sister New Devil (Episode 7) – The Depths of Love and Hatred
If you enjoy fights in an ecchi series that have little to no ecchi content, then this my friend is the episode for you… It is seriously amazing the range of ecchi content The Testament of Sister New Devil puts out. One week it’s almost as tame as a slice of life anime and the next it’s borderline hentai.
High School DxD (Episode 7) – I Get A Familiar!
Despite the episode name, Issei does not get a familiar. But he sure wishes he could have! Yomu and Lynn discuss Episode 7, another more relaxed episode that seems to introduce themes that are forgotten later on in the series. Also, this episode features a TON of ecchi highlights!
Well, there you have it. What are your thoughts on the new shows this season? Are they as good as last season’s, better, or worse? Let us know in the comments. We’ve always got some opinions to share with anyone brave enough to leave a comment. We dare you!
Also, as it’s Halloween next week, we’re starting two more series. There’s no prize for guessing which ones they are, but one should be incredibly obvious.
Thanks for visiting and please let us know if you have any suggestions for ecchi anime to cover!
