We’ve finally got to the end of Ishuzoku Reviewers and whatever you have to say about it, it’s been eventful. But that’s not all that we’ve been up to. As you might expect it’s been another week full of ecchi anime!
Hatena Illusion (Episode 9) – Trials
Yomu gets back to covering Hatena Illusion with episode 9. Things pick up quite a bit from where we had left off, but it still doesn’t quite feel like Hatena Illusion has solid ground underneath it. Still, it’s not over just yet!
Ishuzoku Reviewers (Episode 12) – Farewell, beloved fans of our beloved Reviewers… Worry not; as long as succu-girls keep on working hard, so too will our Reviewers. When you think of our heroes, remember this: when you help others (get their fuck on), you’re only helping yourself (get your fuck on)…
This is it! It’s the final episode of Ishuzoku Reviewers and as usual, Lynn and Yomu offer up their opinions on the succu-girls on offer. It’s been an interesting season, broken up by distribution switches and international relocations, but we did it. Now, let’s have one last look at the episodes before we turn our attention to some sort of season review. There’s going to be lots to talk about, that’s for sure.
Plunderer (Episode 17) – Ace of Flashing Strikes
It would appear that Lynn’s patience with Plunderer is coming to an end. He’s been pretty vocal on the shortfallings to date, but this episode appears to have pushed it too far. In what can only be described as the most contrived set of circumstances imaginable, Rihito is pushed to kill… as if anyone cares.
Waifu of the Week (#49) – Kiriha
It seems appropriate that Lynn selects Kiriha as this week’s Waifu of the Week and not only because she’s awesome, if a little crazy. That’s right, this week also saw the final episode of our coverage of season one of Tsugumomo. It’s a sad time for sure, but worry not. Season two is ongoing and Lynn plans on throwing himself into it straight away. Exciting times!
Mayo Chiki! (Episode 6) – Let’s Start a War!
With Usami now in the picture, things get a little crazy during the cultural festival between Subaru and Usami. The typical tug of war harem content ensues! But that’s not all as Jirou finds himself pulled into a cult-like gameshow…
Shomin Sample (Episode 6) – Step Outside
Kimito and his class go on a field trip to the “outside”. But not really. Anyways, more funny moments featuring spoiled rich girls can be found here, although this episode unfortunately lacks the ecchi content of previous episodes!
Azur Lane: The Animation (Season One)
Azur Lane is finished off with a review by Yomu. It was an interesting anime that clearly caters to it’s playerbase in the mobile sphere, but even then had its flaws. Still, there are some silver linings to this mobile game marketing piece!
Tsugumomo (Episode 12) – Partner
Kazuya and Kiriha continue their fight with Sunao and they have some tricks yet to play. It’s the stunning conclusion of Tsugumomo and as you may expect, there will be a bath scene, a bedroom scene, and Kiriha hitting Kazuya somewhere inappropriate. All the good things we’ve come to love about this series. You can also expect some action too!
It’s always sad to see another series finish, but at least we have the season reviews to look forward to. There’s also another seven episodes of Plunderer… Sorry, Lynn, you’re not getting off easy with this one. We’ve got some more classics lined up too, so as always, you can expect us to deliver all the ecchi content you could ever need.
We’ve got plenty of titles lined up for the future, but we’re always open to suggestions. Feel free to leave us a comment here, or message us on Twitter! So, once again, thanks for visiting!
