Yomu’s Top 10 Ecchi Anime!

Similar to last week, where we saw Lynn’s top 10 ecchi anime that he’s covered on the site, it’s my turn to share my top 10! It’s been just about two years since we started the site, and there have been so many excellent anime along the way!

This is Yomu’s top 10 ecchi anime!

Val x Love Natsuki Smile

Just like with Lynn’s list, this will include ALL seasons of an anime, which will affect series where one season is stronger than another. Also, this list will be series that I’ve covered on the site.

I’ll shout out some series that I’ve watched and enjoyed, but that Lynn ended up covering here on the site: YU-NO, Gleipnir, How Not to Summon a Demon Lord, and Mushoku Tensei!

#10. Mayo Chiki!

Mayo Chiki Episode 9 Ecchi Maid Kureha Narumi

Here’s an excellent ecchi slice of life that I did not expect to be as good as it was. The premise seemed dumb, but ultimately Mayo Chiki! ends up delivering not only with fun episodes, but with a lot of great fan service to enjoy. In the end it’s a great series to watch if you want to check out something fun and not very serious.

#9. HenSuki: Would You Love a Pervert as Long as She’s Cute?

Conversely, HenSuki was a series that seemed very interesting when going into it. And while I’d say that the premise didn’t fully deliver for several reasons, it’s still a great series that was very enjoyable. The colours and animation, as well as the copious fan service give the series a unique feel, too.

#8. Val x Love

Val x Love is possibly the most underrated series that I’ve covered on the site. From start to finish, it’s jam-packed with ecchi content, and has a wide variety of girls to enjoy. The premise is cheesy, but I liked the protagonist, Takuma, and how he interacts with all of the girls around him throughout the series. It’s a great series all around if you’re looking for fan service!

#7. High School DxD

Source – High School DxD

Similar to Lynn’s reasons for his placement on his own list, I’ve just found that High School DxD, while iconic, the story peaks with it’s first season and then goes downhill from there. While the subsequent seasons are still decent, they can’t match up to that original season in my opinion. But, the series is very consistent when it comes to ecchi content, which is a huge plus!

#6. OreSuki: Are You The Only One Who Loves Me?

Similar to HenSuki, OreSuki has a very great colour palette and fun story, which I enjoyed more of the two. It also has a lot of great fan service. There’s a lot of drama, many funny moments, and it’s just a great story that comes together start to finish.

#5. Prison School

It’s hilarious, it’s an adventure, and it’s very visceral. Prison School is just an all-around great watch, filled to the brim with fan serice (mainly of Meiko, the big breasted disciplinarian). Watching the struggle of the male high school students turned into prisoners is great, everything just works in this series.

#4. Miru Tights

Miru Tights Girls Lying Down

Here’s another underrated series, but understandably so, as it was only released online and it’s more like a mini-series as the episodes are all only a few minutes. Which actually works great as each episode is chock full of girls wearing tights – an interesting ecchi niche that maybe needs more attention! It’s a very unique series that you should definitely check out.

#3. No Game No Life

Source – No Game No Life

No Game No Life is an amazing anime, fan service optional. As a fantasy isekai anime, it’s one of the best in it’s field. The fan service is just a bonus. This is just an awesome anime that I’d recommend to anyone!

#2. Magical Sempai

Magical Sempai Cape

Another short series, at closer to ten minutes per episode. Which works very well, as Magical Sempai has a perfect balance of comedy and fan service. Every episode was not only hilarious, but also contained some great eye candy, either featuring Sempai herself or one of the supporting characters. I would love to see a sequel or other anime along the same vein as Magical Sempai!

#1. Keijo!!!!!!!!

Keijo!!!!!!!!! Anime Girl Swimsuit Ecchi Miyata Rin Rokudou
Source – Keijo!!!!!!!!

Number one just had to be Keijo!!!!!!!!. Not only is it an anime that literally features girls in swimsuits bumping into each other using their boobs and butts, but the story and characters are legit! The journey of Nozomi, Sayaka, and others as they train to become professionals in the keijo sport is really good.

I don’t normally enjoy sports anime, but Keijo!!!!!!!! really does it right. And the fan service helps, but I think it’s great regardless. Just a top notch anime, despite how ridiculous the premise seems.

And those are my picks for top 10 ecchi anime (covered by me so far on the site)! These are all excellent series that I really enjoyed, and provide great examples for why ecchi anime can really hold it’s own. Ecchi can be front and center, or a side dish to the main story, but either way, it can contribute a lot and give us some great anime to enjoy!

I hope you enjoyed, and maybe even discovered a new series to check out for yourself, either via our highlights here on the site, or by watching it for yourself!

Other Ecchi Lists To Check Out!
